Ah pretty good first day of the fall soccer season here. Reffing the kiddos, and coaching the kiddos all that stuff.

About your "Whyareheadssohard?" question Spec, I discovered a way I think is a lot easier! If you watch the playback of my most recent painting, you'll see I draw the head as an awkward tapered bean instead of a circle. Later on I add a bulge that acts as the skull. I have no clue how to describe this. XD Should I give a demonstration instead?

Reffing? I mean it can be, it's to have the feel that you're the boss and you're in control of the game. But I've been in several incidents where it get pretty intense, you need to really have a thick skin. And I played soccer a lot when I was younger, I was the star goalie, I probably could of pursued a scholarship. But my team in comp, well, we didn't really work like a team? Everyone had there one things, like the clicky thingy you know.

Hiko and Kurina continued on the walk, Hiko was taken aback by the strong scent of blood. His ears went back and his eyes shown worry and fear. He looked towards Kurina to see if she also smelled the blood, she was looking back at him with the same look. "Let's go see where the smell is coming from, they could be hurt!" Kurina said, she was already to go find what was hurt. "But what if the creature that hurt the bleeding creature is still there?" Hiko asked, not wanting to get hurt by jumping into a situation.

Euterpe soon gave up on attacking the moutian of plants. She sighed and slumped against the wall.

At the bottom of the 2nd mountain, a large juicy Rii was digging a new burrow into the mountain side, it had a rather odd looking trinket that glowed with golden streams of light on the tips. It was creating a secure spot to hide this wondrous treasure, not paying attention to the skies above.

"Oh c'mon! Life's about taking risks!" Kurina said she looked at Hiko with a smile. "Yes, but if those risks can cost your life then they shouldn't be taken." Hiko said, he wouldn't let her get hurt while he was with her. Hiko realized that Kurina was already heading off towards the smell,"Hey!" He said as he ran up to her side. "Good you decided to join me." She said with a grin because she won the disagreement. Hiko sighed before readying himself for whatever they were getting themselves into.

Who hurt them?" Hiko continued to ask a million questions while Kurina walked up to the fruastic to inspect it.

Iren looked at Oxy, the fruastic that tried so hard to find her, here she was right beside him and he had no idea. Hiko looked at the unconscious Oxy, sympathy in his eyes. He got closer to Iren, he looked over to Kurina who continued to insect Oxy.

Cecelia tripped over and teared up. She tried not to cry until she heard Prometheus. "...Don.. Huwt me.."

"Hmph if seeing is always believing then how do you know what happened in the past really happened? How do you know what's behind the door to your room? Is you're bed still there? The end of the bandage on her leg caught on a sharp rock and she shook it off, making her look as if she had comedically gotten toilet paper stuck to her foot. The necklace glittered in the light (is it day or night?) as she stumbled over the rocky path.

//I don't trust this stupid plant at all...// "Yeah, whaddya want me to do?" Coldfire pressed, growing impatient. His mind was already wandering back to how he was brought into the garden and how he might go back out.

"Poor guy...I couldn't imagine having my wing ripped off." Hiko said and flinched just thinking about it. Kurina stopped inspecting and walked over to Iren,"Hello, i don't think we've met? I'm Kurina." Kurina said looking at Iren, she didn't seem to have been paying attention to what Iren was saying before. "I'm Iren." Iren said, she was quickly distracted by Oxy starting to stir. Hiko and Kurina backed away from the fruastics,"No need to back away, he's in pain, I doubt he would try to attack us when he's in that much pain." She said as she looked over at the two Snoebuffs.

Maroosimun looked up to Asri. "Ummm sure?..." BlackShadow looked to RipTide. "No need to worry, he's an old friend of mine." He assured him.

Sterling simply kept marching onwards, occasionally looking back to make sure the others were following. Slowly the gray canine's pace increased until she was practically running down to the bottom.

"Hggg..." Oxy groaned in pain, he didn't open his eyes but he was awake. "How are you feeling?" Iren asked concerned. Oxy was frighten by the sudden voice and went to jump up, but instantly fell back down and screeched as he hit the ground. "Shhh, calm down, don't move to much. You're only going to make the pain worse." Iren said as she stood up and walked around so that Oxy could see her. Oxy's eyes widened when he saw her, he instantly was taken over by a wave of fear,"No! Get away from me! If he finds you he'll-" Oxy began breathing heavily and freaking out. Hiko and Kurina backed away further,"W-what's wrong with him?" Asked Kurina in a confused voice. Iren ignored her and worked on calming Oxy down,"Shhh..,you are safe, no one is coming to get anyone." It calmed him down a little bit, he relaxed and laid his head down.

"Yes you have to eat him" The sapling sighed. "He's always so rude and annoying constantly bughing the others at work. If you eat him I'll let you go." Said the sapling sternly

After being in close proximity of the place it came from, the odd relic started glowing brighter and making a rather pretty hum sound as if it was a flute with no holes. The glow shined over the top of the tree from where the harpy sat.

I killed her mom.. yet she's helping me...I need to help her by getting her away from this place, if He comes back he'll take her...// Oxy tried to get up but just fell back down once he felt pain shoot up his side,back, and leg. "Stop moving! You're going to make the wound worse! Have you been listening to me?" Iren asked frustrated that Oxy wasn't listening.

The 'Flute' slowly floated up higher and turned towards the rocky wall, it glowed a faint outline of a flower shaped entryway. It made a beautiful and short song and then repeated twice, then no sound came.

Asri raised her arms a little. "And I heared you. But why here? Why do you have stay here?"

When Coldfire's eyes fell on Herald, his stomach twisted into a knot. "That's... Herald?" he nearly whispered, voice obviously gone queasy.

Riptide observed the conversation silently and watch the mysterious creature closely.

"I'm sorry, but you need to go! I'll be fine, but if he finds you he'll-" Oxy was cut off. "What? Who will find me?" Iren looked fearful, what was trying to get her? There was someone else that wanted her, not Oxy? "JD, he is my Alpha, he's...he's the one who ripped my wing off..." Oxy looked at the ground. "Your Alpha? Why would an Alpha hurt there loyal Packmate?" Iren asked confused, she was even more worried for Oxy. "That doesn't matter, if he doesn't get you then he'll hurt me but if he gets you-......who knows what he'll do." Oxy said as he struggled to stand. "......." Iren looked at Oxy,"I'm not leaving you, you're coming with us. You don't deserve to be treated that way." Iren said she motioned for Kurina and Hiko to help Oxy stand up. //why...why help someone like me? I've done a lot worse than what he's done to me, I'll be fine...// Oxy thought as they began to walk away from the area.

Hiko watched his younger friend walk ahead of them, she has nearly walked into five trees, Hiko would walk up to her and talk to her to see what's wrong but he was currently supporting most of the fruastics weight.

Thuun smiled in satisfaction. "Good." He lowered his head to give Giranja a soft nudge on the head before spreading his green wings. "I shall be off, then. Best of luck to both of you, Giranja, Ziriel." Then, with that, the wyvern boosted himself into the air and vanished over the treetops.

"Hey, over there! There's a den-looking thing! Perhaps we could rest there!" Kurina suggested pointing with her tail towards the den, Iren jumped, she was so lost in thought that she was scared by Kurina. "Yes, we should rest there, all this walking probably isn't to good for Oxy's wing." Iren said as they began to head over to it.

Arrow stopped and turned towards Surge. "Are you suggesting another thing of your imagination?" He asked before turning back to suspiciously look at the woods. His then widened and he stepped back. "Nasty aura"

The plants just morphed away leaving Coldfire tied up in the dark cell alone. A small giggle was squeezed out before they left leaving an eerie ringing echo

Distress that he had lost his only chance to escape flooded over Coldfire, but relief overwhelmed it. "That was close," he murmured, heart still pounding. //Did I seriously pass that opportunity because I didn't want to eat a -vegetable-??//
The shifter sighed and closed his eyes, but the poison in his veins prevented him from finding sleep. He felt like the world was spinning endlessly.

Sterling skid to a halt and her eyes shot up to the sky. The second she saw the shadowy shape her legs began to shake and her ears pressed so hard against the back of her neck that the blue fur of her mane covered the dark tufts on the ends of her ears. The bird nearly crashed into her but a small shudder ran down his own spine at the looming demise above them.

They arrived at the den, it was bigger than they first thought. "Who wants to go in?" Iren asked, looking back at the three creatures behind her. "I will, if anything attacks me I'll smack them in their face!" She said mischievously. "No, they live here, we are intruding, they have a right to attack you." Iren told Kurina. Kurina sighed disappointed, she went into the den.

Iren said as she sat outside the den. Hiko nodded, him and Kurina brought Oxy inside and laid him down on the soft moss. Oxy looked at the two snoebuffs,"Thanks.." he wasn't used to being helped.
Iren sat outside, she was thinking about all that led up to where she is now, all the creatures she has met and how many tears she had cried to get where she is. She looked out into the mysterious forest in front of her, how much more will she go through? Her thoughts were quickly put to rest as she remembered she needed to check on Oxy. She sighed and headed inside the den.

Sterling froze, eyes so wide that her pupils were nearly invisible. A wave of fear and dread crashed over her and she forgot how to breathe. The Zeraxi whined almost inaudibly and she fought to stay standing still.

Sterling only barely heard Arrow and nodded so slightly her neck barely creaked. Her eyes were fixated on the dragon's face and she felt like she was falling as she remembered her first encounter with the dragon.

"Besides the excruciating pain, I'm fine, then again I've felt a lot worse pain than this." He said, he looked as if he were remembering something. "That concerns me on a whole new level...." Iren said disgusted. Oxy chuckled, Hiko smiled at the two.

Euterpe finally got up and adjusted her wings, not that it matter though she couldn't fly. Somewhere she heard voices, //I wonder who would be in such a strange place like, maybe I should check it out. Though wait no that would mean more awkward conversation explaining why I can't talk.//

Sterling stumbled and only heard Surge running, which made her panic even more. (Incoming fall in 3, 2...) The gray canine's paw hit a sharp stone and she yelped, losing her balance as her momentum carried her forward several feet until she came crashing down in the grass. The necklace was flung from her neck during her mini soar and the Zeraxi panted heavily.

Iren decided to let Oxy And Hiko get to know each other, Oxy seemed to be doing fine and she felt that he wouldn't need her right now. She walked back out infront of the den to keep watch for dangers.

"Well the opposite of you, duh." He emitted more light from his hand. "Who has such power to raise those from the dead who are far begone from salvation? Are you a demon? Are you here for your so called 'daughter'?"

Euterpe slinked foreward trying to peek in on the conversation. //what are they?//

Iren laid down, she seemed to be lost in the peaceful sounds of the forest around her, she could here the voices of the others inside the den talking. She wondered what they could be talking about.
Hiko was sitting next to Oxy,"What is being in a pack like?" Hiko asked, he wasn't really curious just concerned that others like Oxy were being treated just as badly as him. "If you do your job it's great, but....if you don't you get punished." Oxy said shuddering as he said punished.

Sterling say there for a moment before moving. Her voice was small and she whined between words. "We need to get out of here... She'll kill us... She'll do it over again," she huffed, already flopping over to try and stand up. The bird nearly crashed into an overhead tree branch and landed with a thud, dazed.

Her eyes misted slightly as she remembered the Velz that had saved her the first time. "I don't know why she does this, but she's a liar and you should never trust her!" The Zeraxi barked loudly as if she were accusing Surge of bringing Ela here. She stamped her foot to the ground and winced.

Suddenly Euta was grabbed by vines and was engulfed in the dome. Her singing stopped when she went captive. "Welcome back to you're death bed, idiot! And oh and it looks like Giranja is here. Wonderful news we'll let her in right away for the wedding ceremony" His eyes gleemed down at the dragoness "Take her away!"
Suddenly the way off plants cracked and parted for an entrance into the garden. Everything was eerily silent and it was full of ornamental trees shrubs and flowers. There were even some fruit and nut trees there. It smelled wonderful.

(Eh I'll throw one or two things out, but I'd like this to move quicker.

Coldfire's heart stopped when he heard Trevor's orders. "No!! Don't do it!!" he screamed, thrashing against his restraints. "Giranja, run!!" Unfortunately, the prison was too far secluded for her to hear him.

"And muzzle that boy!" Trevor wispered to one of the plants before the gates opened. The plant nodded and made his way to lock the shifter's mouth

The gates shut tight as Giranja entered making the place seem even more suspicious.

"No! Stop!" Coldfire continued to wail, until the plant wrapped around his mouth. Squeezing his eyes shut, he thrashed to and fro, desperate to stop Giranja before she reached his cell. //Giranja!! Please, run!!//

"Hmph well today is a big day! HIRANO COME OUT YOU'RE GETTING MARRIED" Trevor called out

Coldfire fought against the plants until his energy had been burned dry and his wounds were throbbing. In addition, the plant around his mouth was practically suffocating him, leaving him slumped like a rag and heaving for breath.

Euterpe was being dragged towards the cells she caught glimpse of Giranja and cried out. Her captors however immediately opened an trap door to hide her away. So as soon as she yelled she was gone. Leaving an echo in the direction the cells were in.

Coldfire's terrified, bloodshot eyes fixed on Giranja wen she appeared on the other side of the bars, and they immediately flooded with relief. He held his breath as he waited for her to break in. //Wait-- how did she get past the plants? Weren't they going to try and kill her?//
