Though I was down here last year for Matthew, Irma will mark the first hurricane I really will experience since moving to Florida. I'm pretty centrally located, so there is way less to worry about compared to if I lived on the beach, but anything can happen! We'll just have to see how it goes!

I have four people, five cats, a rabbit, a hissing cockroach, & about 2O fishes that'll all be hunkering down in my house with me tomorrow, & we have so much prepared for our group along with time killers, like board games & other fun activities, of course!

We've taken pretty much every precaution we can & now we just need to get through it. These past few days just dealing with constant hysteria & anxiety of the masses has been unbelievably annoying & I, for one, can't wait for this all to end!
