so i recently got one of those backpack-purse deals. I've crocheted little wings to put on it , but i don't have any idea how to attach them SECURELY without harming the b-p-p.

Sewing them on could work. It's the only thing I can really think of. Just don't cluster the stitches to much or it will tear the material if you wish to remove them later. I hope this helps, I'm not really good at making things sturdy but I try.
