it's quite easy actually. I used to paint them different (basically making a ball of the cloud and lightly adding more cloud-age from top to bottom>>blur tool) but it was garbage now I just use the pencil tool :u but I outline the top of cloud, fill it in, and shape it by erasering the top

Aah! She's so pretty! X3 I've been doing the same thing with my characters. Those that are in my manga are of different ethnical backgrounds, for example, based on their cetacean forms' geographical locations. Kalju'u (transient orca, though they're found in a wide variety of places) is Estonian, Cikuq is Native American and European to some extent (fin whale, Atlantic Ocean), Yuukarnit (protagonist, bowhead whale from the Arctic) is Inuit, Halona (white-beaked dolphin, Atlantic Ocean) is a tad Native American, though a bit pale-skinned, Marligeaux is French-Canadian (beluga from the St. Lawrence River), and Fiorello (humpback whale who lived off of Jamaica) is African-American. XD There you go, I guess.

I got a gift card for my birthday (it's today! :D), so a trip to Michael's will take care of that. I am not sure you would have liked the citys... people most lived in poverty, and people could be killed on the streets. It was a harsh place to live. The bottom city, was mainly made from people of the lowest possibly class, poverty and such, so it would be a rough place to visit. I remember passing by dead beggars on a corner. It was not a place of much freedom, to put it bluntly.
And... hah... those steads are more similar to horses than to dragons. They have no dna close to that of a dragon. (^w^)
There is science in that place as well see, so of course there has been some mapping the dna of animals like people of this world does. Dragons are not considered animals, but more like a sentient species. Some dragons might not be smarter than a whale, but sentient non the less. Like a human tribe would be. Dragons has common ancestors, so like there used to be a lot of different kinds of human species, there is a lot of different species of dragons. Some much closer to humans than beast. Most Dragons understand certain things, and trust me... they can't be domesticated. There are laws against that, as well as... well... certain stuff that happen (things I am going to use for my books kinda secret stuff) :O
We got animals with scales in this world as well, and they are not dragons either exactly (^w^)

Yeah. If you have seen on my devi I posted a certain painting there. It is part of a place I often dream a continuing dream to. The world called "Erer". I painted it on glass as well.There is many things, and some to in deepth even for a regular fantasy book series. Implementing some asspects will be a challenge. I want stuff to be a suprise for when I publish this main series of mine. (^w^)

They probably know more genetically about living beings, than we have learned on earth, and of course this means they have mapped dragons dna and genetics. Mostly out of curiousity. Like how some dragons can actually get offspring with other species like mankind. Even though they know a lot they don't know much more about dragons genetically.
I can talk days on end without revealing to much about my books, and probably not recall everything perfectly. Like some things is hard to translate as well.

Though I feel like bursting with all the stuff I have seen and learned. I could probably have hidden the fact about how some dragons can actually get kids with others, but it is kinda part in this worlds lore as well, so it would not be to surprising if some dragons could. (my logic anyways)
I like to hide the things we don't even think about much in our world, or things that might be really strange to consider.
Maybe I make more of it than it is, but I feel like people will react differently than me to certain things. .. I am a bit curious to be honest what someone would think after the first book. I am sure the journey would be at least 20 books at least. Not all the main story either (so much lore, knowledge, stuff, structurs, history, lore). I feel like a film director, trying to make it understandable to other things. Might have to cut a lot that might not be understood as well. Thank you for your support. (^w^)

Can't say for sure how all the science would work as they had different material in the world from ours, and either way I would consider it to dangerous to tell. They had technology that was more frightening than atomic bomb... I might avoid such subjects completely in my books. In the dreams though, this world is a place beside ours, so it happens right "now" sort off. Their technology advances had a bit to do with ressources and materials not of our earth. ...
I was frigthen when I first came there, not from anything living, but from something akin to metall.
