Alright! Some more info and a question I'd like you guys to answer,
Since this rp takes place in the US which region do you guys prefer?
Another thing there are two parties in this rp, the leashed other wise known as the domestics, and the wild/ feral. The Leashed are more for placing rules down and enforcing them, while the wild are more for liberation of the rules. Obviously when these two parties cross the line, the country becomes out of balance. Yeah there is a neutral party but I haven't com up for a name for them.
Also there's is border control from state to state for the animals. If the animal is owned their collar kind of acts like a pass port, while wild animals have to receive a pass later on in life. Yep
Also still looking for a co-host, if you want to become a co-host you'll have to know that you might receive spoilers and that you'll be willing to help out with hosting the rp rooms, as well as plot and the designing of different areas. Like markets, bunkers, and meeting rooms. :O
Alright while you guys post stuff I'm going to run off and study for that permit test I have in like a few dayssss. I'll be the ripe ol age soon. lol

I don't really have a preference for a region in the us because I've never been there lmao
I could probably do co-host if you'd like! but if someone else really wants to then they can certainly have it haha. I'm just up for helping out where I can tbh

New York City is the first thing that comes to mind. I've never been there, but even I know what to expect since its a typical big city and its well-known.
I don't know how busy I'll be once school starts, but I'd love to help with concepts and so on. I might need to think about it!

I agree with Fade, I think New York (or some other major city) would work well! I would like to be a co-host, but sadly I'm probably too busy with school to be able to :/

I don't mind New York but then again I don't really know the US that well. (I live in Europe)
I'd like to help out and co-host but I don't know how my time zones would interfere with that so if there is someone else who has an easier time with that than me then I'm happy to pass on co-hosting.
