There are other shards of Dracarnius' soul about and you all already know the whereabouts of another, that of War.
Celestia also has a 'shattered' soul with parts kept in various vessels
Part of Celestia's soul accidentally attached to the same vessel as the shard of War.
i bet its not too hard to guess what or who those shards attatched to
