It's here! Full permissions for anyone to create their own custom Berteri! There are rules but otherwise the sky's the limit!
Rules:
-You can only make two
-Please read the info page before creating the personality
-Only a select few can create corrupted and hybrids (With my permission and after you read the info about them)
-For now don't make any Deteriating
-The mane, tail feathers, head feathers and wings must be the same colors and at least 2 colors or color variants and a maximum of 5 different colors
-Don't change the shape of the beak, teeth or mouth or it will be unaccepted
-Males have cheek feathers, and ONLY males please
-You can create their Unleashed forms on a separate ref :3
-In the description include name, gender and if you want, a bio
-Please put -pending- on the very top before I view or accept it and then change it to -Accepted- once I say it's good ^-^
-Have fun! Remember these rules are just so the species stays the species x3
