idk if ive ever mentioned this here, but werewolves are pretty disadvantaged in Occultia, and part of that is being seen as mindless animals and beast-like which being able to communicate with beastly creatures feeds into that so its not really a question asked by non-werewolves, esp not those who are elf/human passing
