The goverment created aliens? If the goverment CREATED them then they're Mutants, not aliens. But I do believe that Aliens exist. Oh and God on a Dwarf planet? God Is a spirit, So God is everywhere. I'll go along with your theory for now, but I'll find more Holes in your evidence.
