Backstory:
Celestia comes from a very prestigious family known for having extremely accurate predictions of the future. Celestia shares her family's strong divination power, but her family is concerned it's going to her head. Celestia prefers to be by herself and looks down upon those with low status. Because of this, Celestia's mother decided to send her off to Amoura, hoping that she would make some new friends, and perhaps become more humble.

I know this kind of power has the potential to be op, I'm going to use it sparingly. And I definitely don't want to hijack rps with it.
