Alright She's a female Elvira based on lil Gemma's design.
She's the Spirit of Freedom and Mountians cause Pffft I designed her in New Hampshire near the White Mountians.
The staff she holds helps carry multiple souls, so she isn't limited to protecting one like Arrow. This also enables her to have more power and spiritual influence.
You may change her colors and staff to your liking! And don't worry about rushing around to draw her! I trust my friends with my designs :]

Omen has a wide range of magic he can use, it usually a purple or purplish red color, he favors using Light and electricity but can use other elements like fire and wind ( he used wind a lot to) I just posted a picture of an idea of what a magic ring looks like that a Vaseterm us when performing Magic.
They usually do a chant and their own language, but One has a signature move that he will do he will Point like a gun and say bang for his attack with Magic

Re: yes, he can and does use Others weapons but the Chakram is his favorite :)
( I haven't draw what his other weapons look like but he doesn't use them that often anyways )
