and instead of saying you can do whatever I would prefer you offer something so you're not made uncomfortable with something i ask for
pretty much an adopt is a character premade by someone else
and if you get them they become your character
theres a few different types including Offer to adopt, Draw to adopt, Bio to adopt and some others
usually whoever is hosting the adopt will explain what you have to do :o
