Tsunami was aloud to be outside and she played looking at the beauty of Sylyore for her first time. Some gaurds watched her laugh of joy. They smiled.

The growth of plants had finished, the only openings in and out of the garden were controlled by Trevor. There were only a few holes in the roof, enough to for streams of light and air to come in. Trevor took one last sweep in the maze of trees, flowers, and bushes. Columns of the repetitive vegetation, served as confusion for any animal unfamiliar with the area. The old camp was covered up and destroyed by the new growth, almost as if it was never there. Finally Trevor sat, he was very pleased with himself, but there were still things he had to take care of.

Relief flooded over Coldfire when they finally stepped from the summer heat into the coolness of Giranja's cottage. "Sure," he replied distractedly as he made his way over to sit in a chair. He tried to hide it, but he felt awful all over after his duel with Thuunawein. //It was worth it in the end, though,// he mused as he watched Giranja.

(They should plan evil things, like trapping good guys. Lol )

Riptide breathed softly and slowly, he was still out. Arrow frowned as the time had past quite a bit. Riptide's mask was still off him, unaware that it had fallen off to begin with.

Trevor licked his paws before flashing his eyes towards Hirano. "We kill, yes kill lots, and have our garden flourish and spread. Though of course we'll have to get that girl of yours out of the way, so she isn't injured in the process..."

Coldfire nodded his thanks and accepted the ice, then held it to his bruised eye, relishing in the immediate cool relief. He blinked at Giranja then huffed faintly. "Like I said, it'd take a lot more than that to kill me. Especially if I had my shifting and magic on hand." The corner of his lip turned up. "You don't have to worry."

Sterling shuffled in her sleep, quietly mumbling to herself incohrerently. She couldn't tell if she was dreaming or not, she was asleep but not asleep. At least she could think... But she was too tired to. The Zeraxi sat, thoughtless, emotionless, in the dark, listening to the faint noises of everyone breathing softly, the sound of wind making the old cabin creak quietly weaving into her ears as dawn came closer. Slowly the sun broke out and she woke up gradually, raising her head before opening her eyes and looking around muggily at the others around her. The canine moved her leg a bit and the jay murmured and shifted, moving his head tighter under his wing.

To his slight remorse, Coldfire dodged Giranja's first question by answering her second. "I know it sounds stupid, and it is, but size and strength is not everything. A man can be driven beyond his limits through fear, anger..." He set down the ice and met Giranja's gaze with both seriousness and passion. "...Love."

(Mom is finally gonna talk to mom)

"Then it's decide! We'll sniff her out and punish her foul capture!" Trevor got up and click, the trees swayed towards as if to give him their attention. "Guard this place, anyone who trespasses you rip to shreds! Unless it's this Gentlemen's young lady!" The trees nodded in understanding before turning back to a still state. "Well I think it's best we're off to find her."

As the sunlight streamed through the widows, Riptide's eyes flashed open. The rest of his body was still like a doll, he was silent for he did not say a word. Arrow circled around them, keeping a close eye on the three.

Sterling looked over to Surge and nodded sleepily. "Good morning." She paused, tilting her head. "Did you even sleep at all?" Her voice cracked as she whispered and the canine yawned again, looking at the dust in the air illuminated by the milky streams of early dawn light leaking through the dirty windows.

Tsunami saw big wild Green wood trees. She decided to explore without caution there could be creatures stalking her to things lurking in the dark.

The shifter huffed in bitter amusement as he sat back in his chair and returned the ice to his eye. "At least you don't have to deal with them anymore... You won't be going back, right?" He sideglanced the Zilariun, a hint of curiosity in his eye.

Riptide still stood motionless, although his eyes were wide awake, his conscious was still asleep.

(Coldfire: Oh, well isn't that fantastic. *kneads hands nervously*)

Trevor made a long thick cackle, before heading out, "Off we go indeed, we Will find her."

Sterling's teal eyes narrowed and she sighed. "We already have someone watching us," she said quietly, looking at Arrow until she forgot Surge couldn't see him. The Zeraxi stretched slightly and the bird flopped over out of her way, laying on his back and staring blankly at the sky, annoyance shining in his eyes.

Relief flickered in Coldfire's face before he looked elsewhere, subconsciously running a hand through his hair. He looked back in time to catch the weariness in Giranja's eyes. "You should sleep if you're tired," he told her.

Coldfire's frown revealed his doubt in Giranja's reassuring. Temporarily setting the ice down on a table beside him, he rose and sat beside Giranja. "What nightmares?" he asked, tilting his head to look with concerned eyes into hers.

Riptide sat upward fast before bumping his head on a wooden beam. He clawed at his head for a bit before looking around in confusion at himself.

Sterling jumped in surprise when Riptide sat up, eyes flicking from the floor to his face as it still horrified her. The Zeraxi stretched her head over to where the mask lay on the floor and she held it gently in her mouth, lightly dragging it against the floor and nudging it toward the Zanerak. The bird stood and marched back over to Sterling and curled up again.

As an awkward means of comfort, Coldfire carefully wrapped his arm around Giranja's waist and gave her a small squeeze. "Whatever it was that haunted you, you don't need to fear it anymore. You're safe now." He smiled softly down at her. "If you're ever in a nightmare again... think of me. Remember the present, not the past."

His body shaked when Sterling nudged him. "Who are you? Where, where am I?" He asked before stopping to look at his hands and body. Gasping he lept back, shock and terror leaking from his eyes. "WHAT HAS BECOME OF ME!" He finally screamed directing it at no one particularly.

Sterling stood immediately, bandaged leg shaking still. Her head was bent down like a wolf's as she tried to look at him calmly. "Riptide! It's me, Sterling! We're here in a cabin on a mountain. You're alright," she added, voice shaking as she watched him panic, ears flat against her head and eyes wide.

Trevor nodded, "Right, I actually think I caught a bit of her scent back at the garden, though it's an old one. Tracking may be a little hard." He said before sticking his face into the dirt, trying to see if he could pick it up again. "Maybe if you search from above and I look for her scent on the ground, we might be able to find her." He suggested

Tsunami heard Ziriel's voice and dashed toward it. She dodged the trees as if they weren't there. All she could see was herself, until she saw Ziriel sobbing. Tsunami waddled over to Ziriel. "Bewo??" She said as she peeked and the SunFury hybrid.

"I'm alright? Me alright! This is not alright! None of this is!" Riptide back up into a mirror before screeching at his appearance. "Why have forgotten? WHY!"

(*raises hand* I wanna see the spoiled brat!)

The Zeraxi took a small step closer towards him and barked. "CALM DOWN!" She snapped, hitting the mask hard with her muzzle so that it rolled over to Riptide. All four legs were shaking as she stared at him, eyes misting.

Euta layed on Haruka's back, silent and motionless. Her body still ached from the wounds Trevor had inflicted.

Coldfire gently rested his chin on her head a moment, then pulled back and rubbed her shoulder. "You should go sleep. That's an order," he stated, but not without a smile.

Haruka sighed and walked onwards, not quite sure where he was headed as his thoughts tangled with worry. "I am sure we will find someone to help," he said softly, turning his head back slightly to show he wasn't just talking to himself. "I am truly sorry that nasty beast attacked you. Those thorns must have been brutally painful, you poor child." The Ribbonwing's voice was gentle and his empathy rang clear as he made his way through the trees.
(Idk what to do so unless you have plans i can bring in Felicity? She's the medic dragon)

Ziriel looked up to Tsunami then lowered her head. "Go away... You wont like me."

"Calm down? CALM DOWN?" He growled starring at the mask floor. "You don't even know what's going on do you! You think I'm alright?" He looked up and started laughing horrendously for a good long while, almost uncomfortably long. "JUST LOOK AT ME!"

Tsunami didnt really know what that meant, so she got closer and closer to her. "Are bu akah???" She said struggling to speak without teeth, but even if she did have teeth, she would say the same things.

Sterling barked again and walked right up to him, a stray tear rolling down her face. "JUST STOP IT RIPTIDE! Jus.. Just stop!" Her voice cracked and she shook her head and backed away, the memory of herself trying to drown flooding her like the water flooding her lungs. "You don't understand either," she finally snapped, glancing at Arrow desperately.

Euterpe nodded in silence as they walked through the forest. She was still so exhausted, she almost forgot about all the new things she had to deal with now that she was free.

(Uh I don't have many plans right now, so you can bring her in if you want, unless someone wants to interact with them.)

A grin crawled up the shifter's features. "Rebel? Then I'll have to by force." With that, Coldfire swept Giranja up in his arms, making sure to hold her as firmly as he could with only half of one arm and began to carry her toward her bedroom.

She sighed. "No... Just- Just leave... I'm not worth your troubles..." She curled up and covered her face with her small wings.

"Nope," Coldfire refused, grinning bigger. "You're gonna rebel like a child, so I'm going to carry you like one." He pushed Giranja's room door open and finally set the shiftress down on the bed.

They walked in silence for a while, Haruka occasionally humming softly to fill the quiet space. The dragon heard a faint rustle on the bushes and slowed, gazing warily until a calm pair of silvery blue eyes met his. A light tan dragoness slowly emerged from the brush and smiled happily.
"Hello there! Do you need some assistance?" She spoke calmly but brightly as she stepped over to look at Euterpe, a small wooden cross tied to her antler-like horns almost hitting her face with the motion.

"Get away from me!" He slashed defensively, quickly he picked up his mask, and jumped out the window breaking the glass again. "You stay away all of you!" He hissed before running down the mountian again. Arrow only frowned in disappointment, as he feared this would happen.

Euterpe turned her head slightly to see who was talking. Though moving only made her moan in pain.

The Zeraxi jumped back, only barely avoiding a glass shard as it flew from the frame, grazing her shoulder enough for blood to leak out. Panting she looked frantically over to Arrow. "Aren't you going to do anything?!" She shouted, pacing between where she slept and the doorway, taking no notice of Surge's prescence.

With a rebellious smirk to his face, Coldfire plopped on the edge of her bed, legs crossed under him. "In that case, I'll sit here until you fall asleep. I'm tired too, so if you don't sleep, we'll both suffer." He rested his back up against the foot of the bed, getting comfortable.

The dragoness looked closely at Euterpe, long ears back when she moaned. "Don't worry sweeite, I'll help you," she said kindly, slowly taking her off of Haruka's back and setting her in the grass. "All I have to do is simple." The dragon's already curled pearly tail wrung around in another loop, the cardinal feather tied on an old string to the end of her tail swirling in the breeze and a teardrop-shaped necklace hung around her neck, its polished black stone glimmering in the faint light. Her lavender and teal markings glowed and her eyes turned more blue as she focused her energy on Euta, slowly closing the small gaps of the thorns and the other wounds. Her wings drooped by the time she slowly wiped a few of the tears on Euterpe's face with a paw. "Just rest. You'll be alright," she said in nearly a sing-song voice. "I've helped most of it but you might still hurt. I am only a dragon after all," the dragoness added, eyes devoid of any blue shine.

"And what do you think I could do?" Arrow spoke starring at the glass shards that had been scattered again. "You saw him, he's confused, angry, do you think me telling him something will change that? Forcing? No, no words that you say will he hear. A sad truth, it can only heal with time and patience."

(I have no clue what to call that part of the bed... Back board? Bed rails?)

"Of course it is. I'll stay right here until you're asleep." The shifter crossed his arms and watched Giranja expectantly.
//Dang... I don't know if I can beat her stubbornness. Let's hope I can still win this.//

As the dragoness worked the pain seem to diminish faster and faster. She slid off Haruka's back and stood up without wobbling or limping. She smiled a spreaded her wings, as to thank the dragons, but as soon as she did that, a surge of pain hit her. Her wings were still soar.

The Zeraxi sighed. "Then I guess we'll have to leave him be. But we can't let him fall and die," she murmured, looking back to Surge. Her voice cracked yet again at the word 'fall', and it felt for a moment as if the ground gave way underneath her and she tripped on nothing as she walked over to the door, picking herself back up and wincing as a small piece of glass dug into her paw.

"I do suggest following him, but quietly, try reasoning with him when he's calmed down. He's still quite shocked with all of these events." Arrow sighed, following Sterling to the door. "You should also probably explain to your new friend as to what's going on."

The dragoness watched as Euterpe stood but took a step forward when she sensed her pain. She touched her muzzle to Euta's for a second. "Just rest," she repeated, though a faint smile showed on her face. The dragon turned to Haruka, who had layed down on the grass, tired. "My name is Felicity. If you are ever in need of me again, I'm not very hard to find. I'm known to be in seemingly a few places at once." She smirked at her last remark and slowly turned away, unfolding her rounded wings, showing the swirling pattern on the membranes as she lifted herself into the air, pearl tail straightening for a moment before curling back into a ribbony shape.

(Oh, poor Thuun.)

She got even closer. Now beside her, she nudged her. "Heeeyyy! Are you balrite??? Bu bouugh be bo tuu meee!"

"I have no clue what you're saying."

Sterling nodded to both Arrow and Surge, glancing between the two. "How am I supposed to explain everything?" She whispered to the Elvira. The Zeraxi took a few steps forward, awkwardly turning the handle so they could get outside. //Can you explain to me, too?//

Euterpe nodded laying her body gently on the ground. //It's been awile since I've met and seen nice people, seems like only yesterday though when that camping trip happened. This is definatly better than stupid sickening garden.// She thought breathing pretty calmly now.

Fortunately for Giranja, Coldfire couldn't hold his stubbornness for long. In a few minutes, the shifter had slumped up against the pole of the bed and was breathing softly, drifting into a light slumber.

Haruka looked over to Euterpe and cleared his throat. "Are you feeling a little better now?" He asked quietly, though his concern was slowly dwindling. //Perhaps I should get Felicity to find Aylin... But that's too much a task. She's alright. She's not helpless anymore, Haruka.//

Euterpe shook her head and smiled at him. Being not able to talk made interactions for her awkward, maybe a little too awkward. //If I could at least find someway to regain the ability to speak, things could be a lot easier.//

Arrow slapped his forehead and chuckled somewhat at both their confusion. Feeling in the mood of humor he wrote on the nearest rock, "Surge, I never heard someone think of something so ridiculous."

"Well, at least you are better. I apologize for not knowing how to return your voice," he added, almost reading her mind. "I have dealt with it before, but I understand it can be confusing. My condolences to you," the Ribbonwing dipped his head, eyes closed.

Tsunami patted Ziriel's back. "I tuami! Ooo arr yuu?"

"Well, yeah," the Zeraxi retorted. "Someone who watches over them." //Like Stardust,// she thought sadly. Her heart ached as she thought of the gray wolf and her feet moved faster.

The first thing Coldfire registered when he woke up was the soothing feeling of rest and refresh. The next thing he felt was a painful whack as he fell off the edge of the bed and hit his head on the floor. "Ow! What the--??" The shifter spluttered as he sat up abruptly, managing to slam his head yet again, this time against the pole of the bed. He finally resorted to curling into a fetal position and clutching his now throbbing head.

Euterpe's eyes widened when he said that. //did he? Just?// She thought almost looking confused.

Haruka looked back up at her and tilted his head. "Is something the matter?" He asked, almost as confused as she was.

(I'm sure an interaction would stay interesting so long as our characters have a goal to reach! Trev and Hippo would make things interesting, especially after Thuun just permitted Gira and Coldy to be a couple. Then again, if they get into a fight, somebody is going win, and Thuun won't get involved if he can't win. Hmm, maybe Euta and Haruka? I'm not sure)

Arrow laughed so hard but continued to write on the rock. "Me of course, idiot friend!" Trying to jokingly throw the blame on Rib.

Euterpe shook her head. //No he couldn't of, just a coinencedensce// She tried to assure him that it was fine, but gesturing was a little hard. //I should of taken sighn language as my language.// she grumbled to herself.

Coldfire gave Giranja nothing but a groan, focusing more on not punching the bed frame in frustration. He knew his good mood was spoiled, and he didn't want her to know. "Nothing," he finally murmured, face hidden from her view.

The bird and Sterling were watching the rock as well, thought they were able to hear Arrow laughed and chuckled with him. The jay saw the last two words and cawed,
"Heyyy! I didn't do nothin'! You can't go blamin' it on me! I'm over here!" He retorted, not realizing he was still standing right next to the rock.

I had limited colors to work with, not to mention that they were really light as well. I'm might darken some of the shades a bit for that reason :p

The pounding in his head wasn't too obtrusive, and his bruises from his duel with Thuun had calmed considerably, but there was a stiff, subtly dissatisfied look on his face.

"Not true!" The jay cried, though he sat motionless holding in a bit of laughter. "I've got nothing magic to me! Nothing!" He paced desperately, eyes wide.

Thuun soared along the walls of the mountain, his wingbeats nearly silent because of the roaring wind. He could see the TreasureHunter fortress peeking over the mountain's side, but for the time being, he stayed away from it.

Seeing Giranja yawn made Coldfire yawn as well. After a moment of looking her over sleepily, he stepped toward the doorway. "We should get your arm checked out. We never got to that."

Coldfire ended up leading the way down the hall and into the kitchen where he blinked rather guiltily at the ice that had melted on the table. "I can clean that up; you get ready to go," he murmured, taking a small wash towel to soak up the puddle.

After finishing up, the shifter turned to join Giranja, then paused and removed his outer coat. It was simply too hot to wear much outside, and it had become filthy with dust from his tussle with Thuun. Leaving it on a chair, Coldfire followed Giranja outside.

Just behind The Great Peaks of The Wolves lay a small, abandoned campsite left by some ignorant traveler who had forgotten to dampen his fire— something normally taken only somewhat seriously, in fear of burning the trees, but all that made him ignorant was believing he could come back to his beloved campsite safely. Sadly, he did not...
Fire in the odd realm of Vriodura takes a long while to diminish: almost forever; and it does not care to lick at the trees if it is content. That is what made the traveler brilliant— he left the fire, a handful of obedient flames that would flicker to almlst nothing if need be.
Taking his place was a dragon-wolf hybrid, a Kelletrothma known as Apellaco. While she was quite energetic, the hybrid preferred the quiet warmth of the old site and its fire. A small ring of purple flowers dotted its way around the small place, set there by the tan animal herself. The tent was old, a fabric dome held up by metal-yet-like-plastic frames with a soft mat inside. A small stream from the mountain runoff dug into the ground not far from the old camp, and it was a comfortable hideaway for those who knew of it. No one went to that side of the mountains, and the forest was thick around it, save the side that faced the great peaks.

Coldfire closed the door and squinted at the landscape, scowling at the heat. "Let's get moving before it gets any hotter," he decided.

When they arrived at the town again, the Tundra shifter pointed in a direction. "I think I saw signs of a clinic this way," he informed her.

Coldfire led Giranja down a few streets until they caught sight of a medic's shop. He opened the door for her, then stepped inside in time for the man at the desk to greet them. "How may I help you?" he asked.

"She needs a check up on an arm injury," Coldfire responded before Giranja could, or the man could make any guesses, since Coldfire -was- pretty beat up.

(Oh wait I should continue that)

"Very well. A doctor will see you in a moment," the man replied. He sciences something down on a clipboard before vanishing down a hallway.

There was silence in the lobby before Colsfire finally asked, "Is the heat too much for you?" He was busy trying to figure out how he could lighten their discomfort.

(Wb @White!) Ziriel sighed. "Name's Ziriel... Im a monster, you wont like me... So just- leave..."

She was a faun of sorts, except her entire body seemed to be made of plant material, like a walking tree. She moved with grace and smiled gently at the two. "My name is Agriina. I will be your doctor. Please, this way." She led them down the hallway and into a room, where she gestured to a bench for Giranja. "Please, sit. With what do you need healing?"

Coldfire followed quietly and stood a little ways away from Giranja and the doctor, watching cluelessly as they spoke. //Back in my country, it was constantly cold; we never had to worry about the heat... Are there kiss of magic or potions you can buy in Sylyore that help with the heat?//

"no! I-" She heard a voice. StarStruck called her name. "Tssuuuunami!" Her ears flickered. "Dudday!" She said happily. Tsunami was about to leave but she saw Ziriel still in a droopy mood. She grabbed her wing and stared with her great big eyes of glimmer and hope instead of fear. "Comm wit meeh!" As she gently tugged her wing while still holding it with a soft grasp.

"I see..." Agriina ran a delicate hand over the red skin around Giranja's wound. Her hand moved to float just barely above the cut, and she glanced up at Giranja. "Do you trust me to heal it?"

The creature watched Giranja with wise, knowing eyes. "Your body must be calm for me to heal you." The faun rose and placed two cool hands on either side of the Zilariun's head and exhaled softly, the sound like a breeze through a forest. "Relax.... Breathe."

Even though the treatment wasn't for himself, Coldfire found himself breathing deeply like the doctor was instructing. A little bit of his agitation at his earlier discomfort wore off as he watched.

(That's a way to word it. XD)

Once she could sense Giranja relax, Agriina returned her hand to her patient's injured arm. She let out another faint sigh, and then from her palm sprouted several green tendrils which slowly, delicately spread over her arm and covered her wound. Giranja would have felt a cool, tingling sensation like sweet air as the plants breathed life onto her flesh.

Coldfire watched in awe, his mouth agape as the plants coated his friend's arm. He could jut barely sense some sort of magic concentrating there, but what kid of magic it was, he could never tell.

When the tendrils finally retracted back into the faun's hand, there was no trace that the cut had ever been there. Without a word, she smiled at Giranja.

"Thank you for trusting me," Agriina replied, the same soft smile on her still features. "If that is all, you may come back to the desk."

Agriina led the two back to the main lobby, then with a nod of her head and a small "Farewell," she was gone.

Coldfire was still a little numb after witnessing the healing process and didn't react right away when the desk attendant cleared his throat to gain their attention. "The appointment will cost you -random amount of money that I don't feel like coming up with-."

Immediately the shifter looked to Giranja, comments of "Oops," "I'm an idiot," and "Sorry about this" all silently screaming in his eyes.

(If you're actually serious, we can do that; Agriina should have the energy to heal most of them at one time. So my for all those scar refs though, am I right? XD)

Coldfire watched the exchange as Giranja retrieved the money and the man accepted it, but his gaze eventually wandered back to her pocket. //What were those threads? For sewing, or stitching wounds?//
He tried to shrug it off as he led Giranja toward the exit, but then he stopped her and looked at her carefully. "Giranja... Did you notice? Her healing didn't leave the faintest scar on your arm. Just maybe, you..." He hesitated, considering whether it would sound odd of him to say. "You can get your scars healed." He reached up and gently touched the giant scar that spanned over her face. "...Your eye too."

(Lol! I don't think my parents would be very happy about me sharing my address with anybody though, so I wouldn't be able to receive it. ;v; I could definitely ask them though)

Coldfire gently took her arm and led her back toward the desk. "Then let's see how far that money can go. We can't miss an opportunity like this." He murmured the last part before turning his attention and asking to speak to Agriina.

Shortly, the faun was brought out, and she blinked questioningly at the two. "How much would it cost if you could heal her eye and scars?" Coldfire queried, gesturing to Giranja.

"It would all depend on how much you can offer," she replied.

The faun observed the money offered to her, then looked over Giranja's appearance. "I will accept your money... But it can only cover one of the two. Your eye, or your scars."

Coldfire's breath caught in his throat and he looked at Giranja. //What will she choose? If I were in her position, what would -I- choose?// At that thought, his expression faded and his gaze dropped to his left arm, torn away in battle.

(I haven't made a ref for her, but she's a character I've had for a while. Come to think of it, she's like Oakwood in that she's made of plants and can heal, but they've also got a ton of differences.)

"Very well. Come with me." Agriina left the money with the desk attendant then brought them back into the clinic room and had Giranja sit again. Once more, she hovered a hand over her eye and asked, "Do you trust me?"

(Ooh and fade if you want Coldy's arm back tonight, you can make it so the faun cant seem to heal him for some reason and can go to oakwood if you want?)

With a sigh like the wind in trees, Agriina touched her palm to the scar where Giranja's eye was. Green tendrils sprouted form her hand which slowly weaved over her face until the scar and eye were covered. Like before, there was a cold tingling sensation as the plants recreated her eye and restored the flesh around it.
Finally, after several minutes, the vines retreated and Agriina dropped her hand. "Open your eyes."

All Coldfire could manage was a breathless, "Wow."

(Coldfire: I'll laugh when you die. Sound fair?)

(Oh my goodness, that would be terrible. Coldfire wouldn't be able to live with that. Literally, because he'd throw his own life away hunting Ela down)

Without replying, showing only her faint smile, Agriina stepped away as Coldfire came up to Giranja. His mouth hung agape as he touched the newly mended skin beside her eye. Sharing in her amazing and feeling sympathy for the Zilariun, Coldfire pulled her into a light embrace. "I'm glad we did this," he whispered.
