Information-
Wingspan - 1OO meters (thrice as long as his body)
Despite his rather small size for a cupid dragon, he has an entire ecosystem on his wings! Because he cannot breathe due to his lack of a nose, his venting flaps act as gills too. He prefers being in water, but the land and sky are both also home to him and the fish on his wings.
Feel free to make him more detailed. (add extra fins, plants, fish, etc)

He is known by the people of a village based upon the beach of a small island as a god of the water and life.
They claim that when their serpent god comes to their island if he is fed he will give good harvest and plentiful fish for the rest of the season.
In reality, even if he does bring a few of the things they speak of, he's an utter clutz.
He loves watching the ocean and reefs to get ideas for what to add to his ecosystem.
Sorry for writing a description.. I couldn't help it, I've had this idea since I first saw him cause I didn't realise it was for someone and thought it was an adopt..
