Kaiko is Milianis older brother just as her he was born on Moloka`i (an Hawaiian Island)

He is a very warm and sweethearted person who cares a lot for those he loves.
Always since he was little he had an Ilness which slowly turned deaf when he was 8 he turned deaf completely
That doesn't bother him anymore he speaks fluently sign language and can read lips very well.
