When she was at the young age of twelve she learned that her grandma left the house to her. She begged her parents to let her visit the house. When she was droped off at the house she walked threw the halls and found a mysterious black creature that was staring her down. At first she ignored it thinking it was her imagineation. After awhile she still saw it staring at her. So she approched it. Now it stared at a item she had in her hand. It was a star that she made for her grandma. Coraline handed it out to it and suddenly the thing dissapered by fading into black smoke. She thought of this as nothing but when she turned 13 she didn't age. This is when Coraline learned her grandma was a witch while finding a bunch of papers and books in a secret room. Coraline found out she became a witch on that certiain afternoon on meeting that Blob. That Blob was once her grandma's and now its hers.

Coraline now helps the people being hunted by the angles and demons by using her fake black magic by turning them invisable (for a short time), making them look different, and teleporting them (It can only teleport a short distance before giving up).
