->he believes to be dead, that he is a ghost stuck on the realm of the living
->he would just stay awake till his body collapses since he doesn't believe he needs to sleep so he gets sleep medication injected
->he dont eat since he doesn't believes he needs to eat, so he has a Gastrostomy/gastric feeding tube
-> he don't use the bathroom when he actually needs too because he doesn't realize that he needs to and even when it already happened he doesn't realize either so he has a Stoma appliance and needs to wear diapers
Kuro actually was a pretty normal child besides that he was quiet a troublemaker, how his dad calls it. He played pranks but sometimes they went to far like setting things on fire.
At his 8th birthday he had a big party with a bouncy castle, lots of balloons, a big cake and even a clown.
Noone had known it was a mistake to get this clown, it was a pedophile in disguise who pulled up that act to kidnap and missuse children. He made the bouncy castle collapse as a distraction and kidnapped Kuro.
For months they had searched for him without any luck.

One day, Kuros father was with Kuros two years old little brother (Hibiko) on the way from theire grandparents home, as suddenly the little boy called out his brothers name and pointed down an alleyway where he had spotted his older brother, staring blankly nothing with dead eyes and covered in blood. At first Kuro wasn't even talking he was like an empty shell it took over two years until he talked and reacted to something again. But still he was more or less 'empty' he claimed to be dead. And noone could make him believe otherwise. He was send to the asylum as he was around 10 years old because his parents believed that it would help him also his mother secretly believed that it wasn't good when Hibiko was around Kuro since already then the small boy showed strange behavior

Great design! I li,e how you added the black heart on his cheek, it a great way to resemble how he & Hibiko/Echo are brothers
