He can be moody and stubborn but is usually kind, energetic, playful and even caring if he can understand what people are going through.
Illnesses-
PTSD- he has panic attacks and goes into a fit out crying and saying seemingly random words when he is outside in the snow
"vampire syndrome"- At least that is what people nicknamed it.
He cannot function during the day, he become drowzy, moody, aggressive and violent durong the day.
He falls asleep at 9am and wakes up around 10pm.
He gets stressed out alot and bites things to relieve his stress, though he's been given stress balls and putty and stuff to break the habbit he still bites things, including the doctors.
He has a fear of bath tubs.
Back story-
when he was younger his parents were murdered by a mysterious man right infront of him on a snowy day while they we're out playing. this man is still unidentified. Arlen was stolen by this man and treated as if he were aslave or a pet.
Arlen was only 7 and was forced to wear a collar, was beaten, cut and half drowned in the man's bath tub.
This man sexually and physically abbused Arlen and he most nights would leave him tied to a bed with a dog collar and his hand bound behind his back.
Over time Arlen started to sleep during the day as the man would leave during the day and come back during the night.

When he was around 10 the man didnt return for a few days, starving Arlen began to cry out, louder than he ever had, even when he was being beaten.
The next day three police arived and searched the house, they found Arlen tied up in an upstairs bedroom and took him to the local orphanage.
A year later the orphanage decided the best thing to do for him was to hand him over to the nearest asylum to get him help (and take a huge weight off thier shoulders as a nocturnal child is hard to care for.)
Fun facts-
-He gets angry at dog owners who dog their dogs on leads.
-he has to eat alot of food with high vitamin D
-he still lacks vitamin D though so his bones are very weak
-He has extremely pale skin
-he's only ever bitten someone and drawn blood once, and that person was one of the police men who found him
-Foxes are his favourite animal, that's why he has a bracelete with a fox on it
-the other two items are gifts that he has been give over the years (the bracelete is from his mother and his necklace is from one of the police men who took care of him for a few days before he went to the orphanage)
-the police man who he bit (and who gave him the necklace) comes in now and then to see Arlen (That man sees Arlen as his own child)
