It's ok to be sad. Lots of people are sad. Some don't remember how to be happy. They aren't bad people for it. They just feel something we're all not comfortable with. At least when we are sad we like to show it, and get help. Sure, some will dissmiss you for it, they aren't worth our time. Why live a life of comfort anyway? Sounds boring to me.
