Garth is a pretty mellow Niironox. His name means guardian, and he's ranked a warrior, but sometimes he almost acts as if he were a beta.
He may be a tad on the timid side, but that doesn't mean he can't fight. He will definitely defend himself if someone tries to push him around. (But he tries to avoid this as much as possible.) If and when he does need to fight, he doesn't like rushing in head-on. He's more tactical and usually tries to outsmart opponents, often using his vines to ensare foes and trip them up. Like most of his kind, he's very in-tune with nature, and he really dislikes whenever someone destroys it for no reason. He hasn't had much experience with other Niironox, or even other creatures in general. Sometimes he can be seen talking to plants, which doesn't usually leave the best first impression on anyone. But if you DO happen to befriend him, he's a kind, trustworthy ally.

For as long as he can remember, he's lived alone deep within a boreal forest. It was great! Even if it was lonely. He had all the food he could eat (The red berries are his favorite!) and nobody to bother him. He sometimes wondered what it was like outside the forest... His curiosity was never enough to push him out of his boundaries, though.
That was, until he spotted humans beginning to come deeper into the forest. He didn't know what to think of it. They were in large groups, armed with weapons and armor, and overall didn't seem friendly...
So he decided now, if any time, was the best time to see what was outside the forest. He didn't really want to fight an army of weird little metal-covered humans with sharp, pointy, and rather painful looking weapons. Off he went, and he's still going ever since. He uses the excuse that he was 'looking for adventure,' but in reality, he often regrets that he wasn't brave enough to protect his own home.

Re// He'd still have them in his humanoid form, the Niironox is set in a more modern time (Around our time, but a bit more fantasy) and he can have a full on human form, looking and acting like a regular human, no dragon traits (I'm still working on Tobias' human disguise) hope this helps!

Re: hmm that's a really good one, I say he could amplify his voice and Roar, and could even use his wings to modify sound in waves, does that make sense?

Also with you picking such a unique ability, if you like he can be very strong in it, as an Magic user, they can either have multiple elements or are very strong in one but I'll leave that up to you,
Purity is in this class with her water magic, she very strong in water and her summoned items are revolved around that element.

I was thinking about it more to and how sound could work, he could use his voice to calm or help persuade the moods of others.
Using his wings could even mute sound in an area around him
