Could this be a future concept of mascots in theme and amusement parks? Well maybe not. It probably fits the bill for "security" or a "Halloween theme"... CX

In terms of what the parts of this animatronic would probably be made of:
-Rubber/Hard Polymers [for "ears", "body" and "limbs"
-Steel [for supports to provide strength for torso area]
-PVC/Hardened Foam [for "lights", "cheeks", "gloves" "shorts" and "shoes"]
Also, I left out the "gloves" since I felt like they would stand out too much in this situation. ; P
