Manami was running along the sidewalk holding his head and trying to hide his tears. He bumped into a male in front of him and hicced, "S..sorry!"

The smaller male held his face and looked down, "I...I am sorry...d..don't worry about me sir...j..just...I.." He heard yelling coming from down the street, "COME UP PRUNE FACE COME BACK HERE SO WE CAN TEAR OUT THE ONLY THINGS THAT MAKE YOU CUTE!"

The other shivered and muttered, "It..it is normal...they always do..."
The bullies run over and grab Manami. "Ack!" He choked as the others started to punch him. The leader looked over, "What are you standing here for bub...get lost."

The male hissed, "If you saw his face you would beat him up too!" He lifted the others head by pulling him by the hair, his face wasnalmost completely burned and blood dripped down as his tears, "P..please don't...hurt me..."

The guy sneered, "Whatever...fine...you two imperfect losers can have babies together and create more idiots..we don't care...so long we had our fun beating him to a pulp." He threw the smaller male into the other and he choked.

The guy backed up looking offended, "HOW DARE YOU! Agh...fine whatever..come on guys." His group walked off.
The smaller male blushed deeply, though it was hard to see behind the burns. "T...Thank you...f..for sticking up for me...I could...never have done that." He looked up to him and smiled, despite the burns, he was adorable, a cute little smile and large, puppy like purple eyes.

The little one nodded, "Yes...I go to Geih Highschool just down the street...I was coming from there...they always chase me to the foster home."

He muttered, "I...am really hungry...I got my lunch stolen by those guys so..." He shuddered.

The other nodded, "If you are older...does...that mean you have a home?" He was looking at him sadly.

The other looked down, "Oh...I...I do not have one anymore...mine...burned down..." He rubbed his face a bit, "I was hoping someone would come take me away from that awful foster home..."

The other teared up and muttered, "Please...please...I cannot go back to that place..." He begged and blood seeped from his right eye, the one that was burned.

He choked, "I am sorry...please don't hate me..." He dragged his feet along, following the other.

He ate the sandwich and started to hum happily, "Th..." He then noticed the other did not look to happy, he lowered his head and muttered, "You...don't want me...do you...?"

He choked, "W...Well...uh...to be honest...my life was all but nice sir..." He coughed.

Namani blushed deeply and he nuzzled against the other, "You...are so kind...I really like you..."

He nodded, "Yes...um...my last name is kinda weird but uh...I am Namani Uke." He smiled at the other softly.

Manami smiled, "Really...you are the first to say that."
