Personality: He's sadistic, a borderline pyschopath. He finds amusement in crushing other's hopes and dreams, or just scaring the schmutz out of them.
History: He was born a demon who was always trying to perfect his magic. Charlie had a hard time talking to people, other demons would stay as far away from him as they could. He was created by Satan and never had real parents (hence, no last name). He tried to bond with his creator, but it would never work out for him.
