Bio: when she was a child, she was sweet and loving with a wonderful family and wonderful friends. But, when she was a teen, she was taken from her loved ones and was subject to dark experimentation with others that were taken from their families. As the youngest, she was teased, only up until she was given bionic implants in her back, hands, feet, and mouth. She was given a metal mask and earned to nickname "MadDog". She was forced to fight the other captive humans, getting premature exposure to the ways of the X which eventually lead to a rogue X ranking typically given to those who are isolated and/or insane. She is the last one of her variant and was rescued by Eltanin. Eltanin gave her the new nickname 23 as a result of the time a day he didn't taking care of her. 23 Hours.
When mad, she has the strength chuck a boulder 5 times the size of her using the energy Eltanin and Emrys gave her.
Her favorite way to get around is simply using her cape to fly and using limb extensions to run around on all fours. She has the ability to shape shift thanks to Lord Emrys.
