Living in Skyrim most of his life, Alvis has had a lot of experience with Nords and their bullying. Alvis has met Nords with a better view on other races, he's okay with them. One thing Alvis strives for is to get out of Skyrim and go to either Morrowind or Valenwood.

Oh! I forgot!
Alvis is also an evil, coniving, backstabbing jerk. He'd steal from his blind grandma or ki.ll a relative if it benefited him and that's why he doesn't have many non-animal friends.
Also just realized I forgot the destruction magic in his hand...oops....
