New 3DS HOME Menu update by ArtyMario ^_^
This should happen. Let me explain the new things. In the menu bar, with the red and blue faces(looks like the Friends list smile) is 3DS Pictochat. It would have a selection for Nintendo3DS or NintendoDSi local chat rooms. (NOTE: DSi will not have 3D options, only the 3DS local chat.) It should also have something for online friends via 3DS chat. SEARCH BAR: Search games, DSiWare, Virtual Console, or folders depending what you set it to with the arrow.
