Ellegant Dragon by SaltyGhost
This is the form Kaida takes when she is a dragon. She is a sub species of water dragon that goes more for the swimming part of being a water dragon explaining why she doesn't have legs. I was thinking about making her a fresh water dragon but a salt water just seemed good to me.
Also. First time making a dragon. I think @Kole# does wayyy better, but I'm proud of what I done.
