Oscar is a curious case. His parents tell us that he is bent on causing revenge upon his younger brother, despite no act that would cause such a response having been delt upon him. This may be due to his brother being chosen over him to become the heir of the Sanctuary, as their father tells us that he was "always excited for that day to come". Thus, he has been institutionalised with us to prevent harm to both himself and others.

Incident 1-A: Oscar has been banned from any crafts involving scissors or craft knives, due to his tendancy to cut his hands and fingers.
Addenum: Reminder that he is not allowed to be involved with any sharp crafting tools. The bloodied symbols on the walls of his room will be cleaned by whoever let him be around them.

Incident 2-A: Oscar is no longer allowed to be around any sharp objects whatsoever. His food is to be pre-cut and able to be eaten with a spoon or his hands.

Incident 1-B: Oscar is to participate in social interactions with other patients, even if he must be forced to. He must be able to form a conversation without expressing how much he wishes to commit crimes against his own family. This will also help with his short temper.
Addenum: Reminder to keep conversation topics away from anything related to injury or death.

Incident 1-C: Staff caring for Oscar will be moved to other patients. After somehow gaining a pair of scissors and hiding them until he was returned to his room, he injured himself multiple times and used his blood to draw symbols on the walls, one looking very similar to some kind of demonic summoning circle. Oscar was later found dead in his room. Cause of death is unknown.

Oooh this guy is kinda creepy. XD
