Well, maybe there's a wizard that can speed up children's growth.

Or the fire emblem fates kinda thing

or you could make it so only kids can interact with other kids sorta in the future when they are grown-ups. and the two people that have the kids can either make 2 kids for their character, 1 for each of them, or share a single child.
(like you and me made two children for the Felicia and Ahti ship :P)

I'd say make it that it's a future thing. If they were to interact with parents, the parents would be older. They'd be used for future story line.

If you did a crack rp like that, :y then it could possibly be where everyone goes to relax at a bathhouse/hotspring place of some sort to relax, but a potion accidently gets put into the water that causes everyone who's in it to become the opposite gender.

Your absolutely right. Mm I think what Imma do is have the children be kids if they're 'born' now and have what Enilia said how each interaction with them could be at different times during the future.

Well! On the subject of children, I truly believe that those should be strictly future arc stuff. Such as, they have said child character, and the people may draw the children at any age they want BUT! The children in game will be infants. I would hate to introduce time skips or any chrono based magics into this game. Because I often find that when time travel/Time abnormalities happen in stories, they ruin or even devalue all prior cannon and story elements.

Hmm, it would def make the most sense for it to be in the future. but spoilers would have to be avoided... erm... i had other idea's... but i lost my train of that. :'D the only other things that can be done are time travel, or different dimention.

Well you would have to roleplay into the pregnacy process and all that stuff. I understand that xD its a given and something necessary for it to work. I doubt anyone would have like 8-50 babies in one go anyway >x3
