So to explain Serah's mortality, in one word would have to be complicated.
Serah had a condition [much like an elfs] that she stopped aging. But that didnt mean she was immortal. So as I said in a previous post once I find it I'll put its hashtag here:
#SerahDestriapic (just proof of the first time I talked about her mortality)
she was immortal but also mortal, she just couldnt die of age or disease, but could die of loss of blood or a fatal wound such as her being impaled
i hope this clears up any misunderstandings or confusions with her death.

Well usually Elven people age differently compared to regular people. Usually in a fantasy setting Elven people can live up to thousands of years old. But they still look like they're in their mid thirties

Half bloods age faster than pure Elven blood so instead of thousands it'd be hundreds
