This deteriated stump has been consumed by the abiding contagion; the once homy forest demolished by the poison in which originated within its own corruption. Teeth burgeoned out of all of it's dilapidated, moss-covered, fungi-enclosed, plague-ridden shape. The inner rings of the tree were inverted and served as the sides of it's new mouth, sopping with black poison. The eyes in which bore into its jagged sides originated from the animals it ate. The more animals it ate the more eyes and teeth that sprouted from it. It doesn't seem as if its leg-like roots can support it properly so it struggles, lop-sided across the dense woodland— rather— /strange/ woodland. Occasional animal screeches peirce the still air; the sound of stumbling trees growing loud as they grow in numbers. Despite its differences to its previous condition, it remained a host for life such as spiders and flowers that decided to thrive on this contagion stump. The stump itself had one purpose: spread and grow, a similar purpose to its lively state. You guess that this nightmare will infect anything within its sight. What a strange forest.
