Caesar Clown is one of my favorite Characters from One Piece, but he was so hard to draw that I was thinking of just not drawing the body at all, I'm glad I did though, the stuff in the background is toxic chemical gas, he has the power to both summon it and to turn himself into it, he can also take oxygen out of the air around him, btw his hair never was like this until recent chapters, (it's funnier like this anyway), he is my top choice to join Luffy and his crew. #CaesarClown #Caesar #Purple #ChemicalGas #OnePiece #Clown #hair #Suit #CrewMember #scientist #Nakama
