Any time from between I2:OO PM to 4:OO AM is the best time to draw, in my experience. It's easy to "get in the zone" at those times since there's nothing to interrupt you.
Uuunfortunately, I often wind up staying up far later than I should because of that, but eh...
Nice drawing, by the way-- That flowing mane is drawn well! Hair is hard to draw right. lol.
