So like, I was supposed to work on something else for a friend, but like, I finished this instead. XD
I have no real excuse, but I do feel bad for putting it off, I'm sorry friendo. Hopefully this makes up for it a little?
This painting is inspired by a similar blue painting by my buddy @RyuzakiNayuki!
I really liked it and wanted to make one to match it :)

If you click #confettidragon you can see my friend's drawing that inspired this one! It's the painting just before mine.
You should check out her gallery while you're there! She's got a lot of great art and posts pretty regularly, much more so than I do XD
