FF2: Emperor Mateus of Aubborth by Winds-Symphony
I just wanted to draw this guy for some reason. I can't exactly draw armor (and wings) and I've always liked the Emperor's design from the Soul of Rebirth mode to FF2. And I forgot the weird thing that hangs up behind him.I kinda didn't want to draw that, so I apologize.
