King is the original Zeharu, he created all the rest and gave them their roles, he is not often seen by anyone, especially not in his human form.

He knows everything, how someone's life will start and how it will end, every decision they'll make and every thought they've ever had.

King is often referred to as male, because he often appears as a man to others and sounds masculine. Though he can appear female and sound feminine, it's rare. It's rare he even ever makes himself known to others, many Zeharu go their whole lives without seeing him.

When he appears to someone, he usually chooses what height and form he'll be in, depending on that Zeharu. If the Zeharu is timid and shy, he'll appear as a woman. If they're more bold and fearless, he'll appear as a tall, well built man. You get the idea.

He created all the ancients and gave them their longevity, power and roles. Some Zeharu name their offspring after him or will change their names to King, either in honor of the creator or hoping to become more powerful by using his name. He also didn't name himself, it was given to him by the ancients.
