It is a constant effort. I have troubles with the muscles, but I am better than I was some years ago. Your boys look like you already had a nice grasp on proportions and posing, and can only get better when you learn which muscles are where and how they move.

I think we are not supposed to think too much about it. It is just some sort of joke, like Goku's people being named after vegetables. I doubt her family actually choose names by thinking of underwear. It is as if WE know where the names come from, but they are just regular names for them.
