delta roams alone in his own sort of realm. this realm is basically completely barren so he wouldn't be able to actually meet anyone, and encounters with his sister are actually pretty rare because she herself has her own world. He's mute, but still bright and curious, always looking around at the stars around him in wonder.

i'd give him and his sister seperate tags but... too late now.
