Noir is the ruler of a place known as the Well of Souls( Yes I did take that from The Legend of Spyro xD). He's a cruel ruler and is quite manipulative, he claims that he's leading a revolution against The Jailer to release all prisoners of the Well but really he's doing it for his own gain, he wants to overthrow the Jailer and the Council so he can rule. He's not a good guy.
He's also meant to look similar to Nixiom from Planet Dolan
