you'd like to work/interact/travel with! These characters would function as a party of companions recruitable by the main character, with all that entails.
More on the world itself: still working that out, but it's fantasy (I think). Playable races: humans, elves (?) (living trees), dwarves (?) (living
stone), bird-people
Magic is not as powerful as in most fantasy universes but still exists (mostly focused on nature)

I'm not sure what you're looking for in these responses but.... bearded dwarf lesbian.... unless they're literally stone and don't have beards, which is cool too

ooh how about a scholar elf kind of a dude with high intelligence and luck but low speed and charisma [that's what char is, right?] and he'd probably be difficult to get to know [low default affinity]
and then maybe someone who's more of a warrior type, like a bird person with insane agility and great health and speed too but next to no strength as well as maybe a medium/high default affinity? or maybe it starts low but easily goes up??
heck maybe these ideas are no good idk
