In an exotic jungle,
with ancient ruins, tribal villages, and Tales of Glorious Adventures, and so on.

In a Desert, with Sandy Dunes, Rocky Canyons, Oasis, mirages and stuff like that.

Subtract or characters get stranded on an island (xD
I don't know)

After apocalyptic event, the world has been ruined and just trying to stay alive.

Straight up fantasy world, Castles, floating islands, mythical Forest, you Name it, you got it.

The air was hot, with the sun high in hazy sky. Remnants of a city was one of the few land mark in
vast Barren Wasteland, depleted of plant life and water, that stretched for miles. A light Breeze blow Dust in the streets of a desolate City, towering buildings were nothing more then skeletons of eroded ruins.

( I hope that ok 'xD)

(I still don't know who to pick.... #SPNanashi he just love hot weather xD)

Two creatures shambled through the hazy streets of the demolished city.
One, a blue, minotaur-like creature, was holding his stomach as he walked. "Uuuuggh, so hungryyyy..." He complained, "...Ok, so we're going to die out here! We can't find any food, or water, and it's SO HOT. I can't take this-I really can't--" He suddenly burst into a rant, and continued rambling.

The other creature, a strangely small, yet very grumpy looking dragon, just let out an annoyed sigh.

I guess now it just throwing their characters in <xD)

(*literally picks up Shade and Aethos and chucks them into the city*

And that's how they got there! :D)

A bright blue light streaks across the sky like a shooting star...

Having come to this planet purely for the sake of adventure and curiousity, #LSCinder speeds through the atmosphere of a new planet. Seeing a strange area with towering rectangle mountains, the Vunrek flies into the demolished city... but with such speed that it creates a powerful gust of wind following her, picking up light objects. Cinder comes to a sudden stop in the middle of the city, but is only bothered by a rusted shopping cart slamming into her, causing her to open her mouth and let out a cry in surprise, although the sound is more like a high-pitched whistle than anything natural.

(Although... I have to leave for a while now... Unless you're fine with waiting an hour or so, interact with Cinder at your own risk X'P )

Shade's rant continued on until it transformed into sort of a panic attack. "--But I'm too cool to dieeeee!" He ended, now bawling his eyes out.

Aethos just rolled his eyes, thinking that Shade had finally lost it. But a sudden blast of wind caught his attention--and also Shade, who began to sail away in the wind.

The poor blue furball let out a terrified shriek as he was lifted into the air, "WAIT, MY TIME HASN'T COME YET!"

Aethos acted quickly, staying low to the ground so that he wouldn't be carried off too. He took his paw and stamped down on Shade's tail, holding him in place.

Once the wind had calmed down, Shade flopped onto the ground, nearly hyperventilating from fear.

Aethos let out an unhappy snort, then ran off towards a high-pitched whistle in the distance.

"W-WHERE ARE YOU GOING?" Shade cried, stumbling after the dragon.

(Maybe I should quit roleplaying with two characters. It makes my comments way too long... x'D)

Aethos hurried off in the direction of the sound, wondering if food was somehow involved.

"Wait!... WAIT!..." Shade cried out a few more times, unable to keep up thanks to his thick fur compounding the effects of the intense heat. He finally had to stop by a ruined building to catch his breath.
"...And now we're separated...
This is the worst day ever..." He mumbled somberly.

Nanashi ears perked up, when he heard shouting // uh, sounds like I'm not the only one here...// Raising a brow when a out of wind little blue creature stop by his hiding spot " you lose someone?" The icy Dragon ask even though it was obvious.

Lance made it to the city Edge, he circled and landed,"wow....this place seen better days" he mumbled, the Crystal Dragon made his way down on of the desolate streets, his long tail slowly switching back and forth behind him as he walked

Shade hadn't even noticed Nanashi lying in the shadows of the building until he spoke up.
He let out a startled yelp, jumping away and holding his paws up defensively. "DON'T EAT ME!"
...And then a moment of silence went by as he realized that the icy dragon had asked him a question.
"...Uh--Oh--Y-yeah... M-my brother... K-kind of.
H-he ran off w-without me." He explained, stumbling over his own words in a frantic fashion.

(Lol okay, hopping in)
Awakening from a somewhat peaceful sleep, a green eyed dragon shifter got up and stretched away her tiredness despite wanting to go back to sleep then shook loose dirt off her body. She looked to the sky and perked up, surprised by how long it seemed she had slept. Moving from her makeshift den, she wandered away in search of a new adventure for the day. And maybe some food if she can find it...

Nanashi blink at the frantic little blue creature, he waited until Shade stop rambling, he sighed "your brother abandon you in a place like this?" He tilts his head at the little blue fluff

Shade stared at Nanashi for a moment, his ears folded back as he processed what had happened.
"...He did, didn't he?! He acted like I wasn't even there!" The little furball pouted, sitting down and folding his arms.
"...Though I'm sure he didn't abandon me on purpose.
We might annoy each other, but he's not cruel like that.
Maybe he just got distracted by something."

Lance continued on his way,
" I Wonder if anyone still live around here...so far it doesn't look like it...." he mumbled. After quite a while of wondering in the Dusty streets Lance was being to lose hope in finding someone, when suddenly a figure up ahead appeared through the dust //someone here! // He thought Overjoyed, "Hello! Thank goodness I'm not the only one in this place!" He yelled, and picking up his pace he headed over to Dusk

Cinder hovers in the air for a moment after the wind subsides, looking around at the strange and yet welcoming scenery, the dusty, barren land reminding her of home. She extinguishes the sky-blue flames from her jet-wings and lands, stretching the bone-like appendages as a few embers still fly from them. //I wonder if this is going to be another boring planet? Maybe I'll find some treasure!!// the Comet Vunrek gleefully thinks, letting out another, louder whistle, but friendlier this time, hoping to draw any lifeforms on this area to her.

Hearing yet another whistle, Aethos charged through the ruined alleyways, determined to find the source.
He wouldn't be so determined normally, but this was a case of survival--if there was any chance he might find something useful, he would take it.
//It sounds different this time... Is it alive?//

Finally he entered the center of the city and spotted a strange looking wyvern-like creature.
Aethos narrowed his piercing yellow eyes at the creature, observing her and making sure she wasn't a threat.

(Totally not getting sidetracked by a video game..)
Walking along, Dusks stomach growled and she sighed. "I guess it's food first." She rummaged and sniffed around for food. With her nose to the ground and mind set on her current task, she spooked and jumped back (similar to how a cat spooks) and looked around wide eyed when she heard a yell from a little off in the distance. Her ears twitched and she calmed down when she saw an incoming creature, which she figured was the source of the yell, then continued forward to meet it.

Hearing something coming her way, the young Vunrek folds her wings to her sides and turns around--then grins at the strange creature coming her way. "^-//! :{-*) & ^ @/--/ ii#?" Cinder asks in a bizarre, alien language, not knowing if she'll be understood.

(That's my take on an alien language, I'm very limited on what symbols I can use on a 3DS 'XD )

(And I was so busy trying to figure out how to write alien words that I forgot to mention that she's speaking without moving her mouth--telepathy. >.> )

Nanashi sighed and got up and walked over to Shade and sat down beside him, a slight coolness could be felt coming off the Icy Dragon
" That could be that case" he agreed to a little puff balls last statement " siblings can get distracted, at times" looking down at Shade " if you like I can assist you in finding him"

Captain wandered into the post apocalyptic city, the heat burning down on his scales and he panted heavily, it drained his energy and caused an old wound to act up. He limped to the shade of a building, in his dragon form and collapsed

Aethos tilted his head to the side at the wyvern's strange language. His expression grew in suspicion, but more than that, he just looked grumpy... But he always looked grumpy.
"...Alright, listen up, I have no clue what you're saying, but I'm looking for food--so stay out of my way." He growled, not aggressively, but definitely not pleasantly either. Then he began digging around the area, looking for something edible.

Lance was in a gallop excited to see someone finally, the gray Dragon slammed on his brakes, skidding to a stop before nearly crashed into Dusks, his eyes widen "Oh! Hi! " He awkwardly shouted at her

I was thinking of joining, but it's pretty late here and I don't think I'd be able to keep up when RPing from my DS, so maybe another time.)

"I would appreciate that." Shade smiled nervously, but he seemed to calm down a little after feeling Nanashi's chilling aura, "...And I would also appreciate finding something to eat...
Oh, my name's Shade, by the way. What's yours?"

Cinder narrows her glowing eyes in return as she listens to Aethos, but they widen again when she understands. "Ho! egaugnal siht esu uoy! ... Tiaw..." The strange crystal wyvern jumps in front of Aethos, deliberately getting in his way as she declares, "THIS language! Got it, I'll use this language on this planet. Hey, you said you're looking for food, right? So you're one of the weird aliens that needs to put stuff down your mouth? I can help! What do you need? Magic rocks? The crawly things? Plants? ... You look like one, so I'm guessing plants?"

Aethos' tail lashed back and forth with agitation, and blue flames erupted from snout. "I'm a dragon, not a plant, you idiot!
If you really /have/ to know, I eat meat. But I'd take plants over nothing at all." He snarled, stepping around Cinder as he continued his search.

Realizing too late the creature was full on running toward her, Dusk tried to walk backwards but she was to frantic and stumbled to much to get anywhere. Last second she squeezed her eyes closed and waited for impact. When that didn't happen but instead she was shouted at, she reopened her eyes and despite having almost been ran into, Dusk smiled as she was now face to face with another dragon. "Hello there." She laughed and stepped back a little.

Nanashi nodded his head, "food is scarce around here, but I know we're we might find something" he replied, Looking out towards the street. Looking down at the little puffball and nodded his head when Shade give his name" Nanashi, is what I'm called, because I have no Name " he said calmly and get up and start to head out into the streets once more and glances over his shoulder to see if Shade is following

"Well /excuuuuuuse/ me!" Cinder huffs a short whistle, nudging the green wyvern with her wing as she struts past him, "Here I am, just trying to be helpful, but I guess you don't want help from the strongest, fastest Vunrek alive, but if you'd rather look for stuff the slow way, that's fine with me. I can go find some nicer alien to talk to, someone nicer than a grumpy old fatty like you!"

(Come to think of it, Bell was supposed to be my character for Lilly's RP, which means she would have run into Captain sooner or later)

Shade quickly followed Nanashi, staying close so that they could use their icy abilities to keep each other cool, "You don't have a name? That's... Different." He wondered why the ice dragon didn't have a name... But also had a name at the same time. Actually, the more he thought about it, the more it confused him.

Aethos snorted at Cinder's insults, "Says the bluffing brat after /getting in my way/ like I said not to.
Really, if you tried to help me, you'd only slow me down." He hissed.

Up at the top of a crumbled building sat a bizarre-looking pigeon, her little head bobbing as she looked around. Finally, she spotted a dark heap in the shadows, and with an excited coo, she spread her wings and fluttered in Captain's direction. She dove straight toward him, and without slowing, slammed into the wall beside his head and flopped to the ground in a mess of feathers.

Lance grind as Dusk chuckled he tilted his head at her "your a dragon to?!" He asked looking her up and down curiously, " I'm Lance, what your name?" His tail slowly wagged

Captain's ears flicked up at the sound of the pigeon crashing into the wall, "Well" he rumbles, tilting his head down at the bird, "I don't think I've ever seen such a stupid bird" he prods her with a claw

At the last remark, Cinder turns back to Aethos, an arrogant grin spread across her maw. "I'll only slow you down? Was that a challenge? 'K then, how long will it take you to get to the planet closest to this one?"

The pigeon gave a little squawk and stumbled to its feet, wings a sprawling mess on either side of it. At last, in a quick flash of light, the bird disappeared and in its place stood a petite girl. "What a rude way to greet me!" she exclaimed, putting her hands on her hips as she glared down at Captain.

"Well a small girl came from the dumb bird" Captain narrows his yellow eyes at her, then snorts, "I knew it was only a matter of time before this heat started making me hallucinate" he stands up and starts to limp off

The girl blinked at the dragon, then gasped. "Ah, wait wait wait! Don't go! You shouldn't be all alone!" She ran over to his side and took in his full appearance. "And hey, you're hurt too..."

"Why would I even want to do that?" Aethos craned his neck around to look at Cinder with a questioning gaze.
"Does it look like I'm going anywhere with these?" He fluttered his rather unimpressive wings.
"I'm looking for food, not trying to become a space-dragon."

"Well, you always need a friend by your side," Bell remarked matter-of-factly, matching the dragon's lumbering pace. She looked up at him with glittering amber eyes. "What's your name, sir?"

Captain rolls his eyes, sitting down in the shade and frowning down at her, "My name is none of your business" he reaches a paw forward and nudges her away from his side, "Go find some other small annoying things like yourself to play with"

(Hey @Lilly! Yeah, the lack of sleep takes more of a tool than it used to on me. Especially since a heat wave had come through and I don't have air conditioning. X')

@Fade I'm rather miserable :') the heat is the main reason...)

"I'm not small!" Bell frowned at the dragon, but there was a challenging look in her eyes. She straightened her back, and whipped her bans from her face. "Watch this!" In a flash, the girl shifted into a puffy sheep, albeit strangely colored. She looked down at herself, bleated awkwardly, then shifted again into a considerable-sized horse. The mare scuffed a hoof against the pavement and whinnied proudly.

(Ahh, that sucks @Myth. It's been pretty hot this year for everybody, huh?)

( @Fade it's been like this for a week. Tomorrow and Tuesday it'll be around a cool 20C then it'll rise right back up to 30C for,I don't know how long.)

"You're smaller than me" Captain watches Bell flash into different forms, his expression not changing from his unamused glare. "I already put up with Nina and Airiah, I don't need a third" he flops over onto his side, positioning himself so his back faced Bell.

Dusk nodded, "Yeah I'm a dragon, well mostly." She glanced to her wingless sides, then thought about another thing that made her different as she turned her gaze back to Lance. "Nice to meet you! Really, it's cool to see another dragon around here. I'm Dusk."

"I'll show you why!" The Vunrek exclaims as she leaps into the air, rocketing off into the planet's atmosphere with a loud explosion from her wings.

Not even thirty minutes later, the blue shooting star returns with another gust of wind, stopping abruptly in front of Aethos and dropping a deer corpse before him. It doesn't look like she did anything intentionally to harm it other than pick it up with her clawed feet, but the shock of her extreme speed and lack of oxygen in space is likely what killed it.

"You're weeeellllcommmmee," Cinder says, puffing her chest out and holding her chin high as she hovers in place.

Nanashi smirked "I was never given one, and Nanashi mean no name in a different tongue" he explained. the Ice Dragon picked roads that had the most shade to help with the Heat, as they traveled, coming to a large worn down building, Nanashi look up at it "this used to be a super store we're they keep food in it... it's a possibility we still might find something "

With an annoyed neigh, Bell returned to her human form. "Woah," she gasped after she did, her head swirling as a result of all the sudden shifts. Once she had caught her breath, she scrunched her face at Captain's back. "Maybe I'm not bigger right now, but I can make myself." Eyes gleaming, the girl reached out to place a hand on the dragon's back.

"Hm." Aethos said, hiding how impressed he actually was. Though his eyes were a tiny bit wider than usual, which was enough to tip anyone off thanks to his constant angry expression.
"Alright, I admit, that was pretty cool. Maybe you're not so bad after all." He leaned forward and sniffed at the deer a little, making sure it wasn't... A bomb. Or poisoned. Or something.

Shade sniffed the air, trying to see if he could smell any food. He made a disgusted expression, as all he could smell was the musty stench of the abandoned city. "I can't smell anything good... I guess we'll have to dig around and see if we can find something." He wandered closer to the building but suddenly stopped at the entrance, realizing it was pretty dark inside. //...Quit being such a baby! There aren't any ghosts or anything in there...//

Cinder laughs proudly at what she's done, extinguishing her flames and landing close to Aethos again. "My name's Cinder, by the way," she states as she sits in the dusty street, gazing up at the tall buildings. "I like this planet of yours, not-a-plant-dragon, it reminds me of my home. You must really like it here."

Lance gave a warm grin " I know! I haven't seen another dragon and days!, it's nice to meet you too, Dusk! " Looking around their surroundings " is this we're you live? " the grey Dragon stomach growled, and he chuckled "I have a silly question...What do you eat around here?"

"Heh, 'not-a-plant-dragon.' You can just call me Aethos." Aethos said smiling just the slightest bit.
"This place didn't use to be like this. It wasn't as... Destroyed.
Can't say that I liked it better then, though. I didn't visit very often unless my brother wanted to go. Letting him visit the city alone is a mistake waiting to happen."

Nanashi plants down at the puffball when he stopped, The Icy Dragon look to the interest then back to Shade " you can stay by me if you are afraid of the dark, my eyes can Pierce thought the Shadows " he said before heading inside, the building was dark and look as ruined from the inside as the out, Nanashi start to sniff about and paw at junk he was looking for any food that was still edible, primarily can food

(Or Twinkies because those can withstand a apocalyptic event xD)

"Pfff, 'scared of the dark.' No way! I'm not scared at all!" Shade stated with fake confidence.
...Then he realized that Nanashi had already gone inside, and quickly followed with a tiny 'meep!'

Rather than using his claws, Shade opened his palms, causing frost and snowflakes to swirl around them. Within about a minute, he held a sturdy shovel-like spear, which he used to clear away some of the junk in hopes of finding food underneath.

(Never had a Twinkie)

"It's good to meet you, Aethos!" the young Vunrek replies, grinning at her new companion and making a happy whistle.
"... Destroyed? You mean this planet wasn't always like this? And you have a brother? Ooh, what's his name? And why's it a mistake to let him go alone in... a city?" she then asks, tilting her head.

(You don't need to have one - they aren't too healthy for you. 'XD)

"Right, this area here used to be a big city filled with other people. It's been mostly demolished now, as you can see." Aethos looked up at the tall, yet mostly destroyed buildings.

I been busy, lately because of the holiday (Fourth of July) my work schedule been pretty packed, and we are going through a Heatwave but so is everywhere else it's been in the low 100 for the past 4 days but other than that I'm doing pretty good xD )

( @Lilly: I agree with Fluffy that you should start with lore concerning the history of the race and the things that pertain directly to them, then gradually work your way into the universe around them.)

(Wait a second, I read your comment wrong. I would say start with the most important things pertaining to the race such as the Mother's Crystal and the Circle and Clans, then work your way into history. The facts on inventions and dialy lives can be occasional bonuses.)

Nanashi raise the brow, he was impressed with Shade use of ice magic, he continue to dig around finding useless items, and old containers of food with nothing inside, the snow leopard dragon you stay strong muscles and pushed over a Shelf to look inside, his ears perked up spotting a few cans "I believe I found something" he said before reaching inside and pulling out a few cans

( It all depends on where you live really, and what your use to, like for me anything above the 90s is hot and anything below the 40s is freezing xD

But for others people it's different depending on where you grow up at I live, because you also have dry heat, humidity, fluffy snow, dry snow, wet snow, and so on
