Not too keen on her creating Twisted's book. (That is a really cool idea though) BUT, I really like the idea of her making a book of pure light magic to counter balance his of pure dark magic. That would be so cool!
His tome did corrupt him over the-... centuries he's been reborn, or however long those two will have been around. So it would be interesting if there was a way to purify him so he can contain the tome's dark magic again.
Oooo.. Related? Hmmm.. That would make the first interaction with Eon and Twisted very interesting... I like it! Little brother & older sister?
WHAT IF SHE BLESSED/CURSED HIM TO BE REBORN OVER AND OVER AGAIN SO SHE WOULDN'T LOSE HIM SINCE SHE'S AN ALICORN! Ooooooh! There's a character flaw she'll never live down if you do that!

Dusk & Dawn themed?!
What if DarkScroll & SilverShield knew about them?! They could help her fight Twisted, since Scroll is from the Dusk village & Shield from Dawn. (Because they were FE:Fates inspired "xD)
What if the currently corrupted TwistedWish got under her skin for doing that to him? Just to make her even more guilty and fragile since his whole thing is to manipulate and get inside ponies heads.

That'd be an interesting little backstory for the villages. I imagine by now, everyone's comfortable remaining little hidden villages after so many years. Be cool to see Eon and or Twisted return some time just to check on their home.
