(From a story im writing...)
I stared at him, he leaned against the stable door, eyes fixed on me. Since coming to this realm, he's shut me out and casted me aside like left over chicken. I crossed my arms,
"Why dont you talk to me anymore? Why wont you let me take this mission?" Ember sighed, arms crossed,
"Look, i can't let you do this, i dont want you to get hurt..." I feel the rage build up in me,
"Just because im some lost princess? Is that why? Because you failed to (cont) #YOEMBER

protect me over a hundred years ago?" He looks away, jaw clenched and i know i hit a nerve. "Unbelivable...."
He turns his gaze back to me, not emotion written acrossed his face.
"Look, i know i probably hurt you, but.... I need to do this on my own." I narrowed my eyes and waited, "A hundred years ago i failed to protect you when your kingdom was taken over.... i wont let that happen again." I raise a hand to my temple, and rub back and forth.
"Do you understand how big of a risk this is? I have to do this, and i wont let you shut me out again!" I look at the ground, my anger getting ready to boil over. He sighs and is soon standing in front of me,
"Krista, do you know why i shut people out?" I look up at him, and say nothing. "because risks arn't so risky when you have no one to lose" and as quick as he showed up, he was gone.
