I don't understand why people do this.
When a character is explicity straight, why make them gay? Why is everyone trans, when they aren't? I just don't get it.
I could also say the same for changing a character's skin colour.
Now, I love ships. I ship a lot of same *** characters. But this is different. I just see it so much it gets annoying?
Meh. This doesn't irk me as much as smut on here, but I still don't like it. Same with agressive SJWs in general.

^^^ Yeah, but talk about disrespecting a character's makeup. That so called preference just so happens to be based on one's se.xual desires, and if you're fantasizing about a character in a way that they weren't written, you obviously don't respect them enough to actually see the personality and development that the writer went to the trouble of creating.
I agree completely with the original poster.
I mean, if someone shipped a homose.xual character with the opposite gender, they'd be flamed to hell.
