Bell is one of my favorite original characters so far - primarily because of how frankly stupid she can be. XD
Until an official ref is made:
Camila (ca-mee-la) Bell Weather (goes by Bell) is spritely, spontaneous, and upbeat, although she is somewhat lacking in intelligence. Her species, the Master Shifter, is capable of shifting into any creature in existence, so long as the shifter has touched the creature before. As she is only thirteen, Bell has a rather small collection of forms, but she is currently on a journey away from home to discover and mimic more creatures, of every size and shape.
One rather comical weakness of hers is that no matter what form she takes, the colors on her human form still remain the same. She could change her outfit to something more neutral in tone to better camouflage herself, but she's not quite there intelligence-wise.

She reminds me of Beast Boy in a way (From Teen Titans), I always wanted to create a character with powers similar to his but I never knew how.
I love Bell, she's sooo cute xD

Master Shifters huh? SO..If she's aspiring to be the greatest. Does that mean there is someone who came before her who can shit into most or all of the animals as well? That sounds like an interesting race. I love shape shifters and tend to make a lot of my characters have the ability to shift. I probably over use it but its such a cool ability. Wonder what animals she'll win over next. Knowing more about possible other people in her species. Hmmmmm. Very interested.

omg! i love this girl so much! She is so upbeat, happy, bright, but yet has a very quirky look. Its all twine together so well, absolutly amazing work.

That's a pretty cool character idea! It kinda lends well to a story, too, as there is great potential for growth given that she can expand her library of forms she can shift into.

I regret drinking coffee this morning HALP. I feel like flailing my arms around like a fish out of water. On top of that I can't draw properly gosh dang it! I came up with this super cool dragon character to eeeeeppppppp.

I do like the outcome of it but I wished I made the shading more noticable as I tried to shade Kann with pastels but I couldn't nail it his colors are too dark xD
