Spark, the Super Dart Fly

That'snwhat he wants to be called. He's an energised humanoid horse-fly who wields thin bladed wrist bracelets. He gets his name from his flight trail glowing like a spark. He was first originated in one of my Bitstrips series but didn't get to finish the story, so here's yet another concept art.
