As for your headset, I don't have one so I won't be able to chat... or does the Switch support game chat? It would probably be a pain right now to do voice chat anyway since there is construction in my house and it's very loud! But I still want to play.

I'm not sure what time zone I am at the moment, but I'm pretty sure we're a few hours ahead of you. I'll see when you're online and base my time around then. Is that okay?
