Nagumi can transform into a sea dragon whenever he's fightimg a foe or super angry. He often uses the form as a way to establish his authority in the kingdom & the sea in general.
In this form, his size can reach up to entire countries. His powers include creating storms, tsunamis & breathe heavily scalded water at anyone who threatens him or his family.

Coooooool! I'm just imagining him in his sea dragon form having some kind of exhange with a human or something of that size and they wouldn't even be able to see his entire face XD

Note: Nagumi's dragon form here was heavily based on an existing artwork featuring a blue sea monster (often called "Leviathan" in places where the pic is reposted) on the middle to right of the picture. There's also a ship on the bottom left trying to float on the rising waves.
I tried looking for the original artist's name but could not find it. Could someone please help with that?
