Keleby is pretty laid back and chill with a lot of things. He is a little fairy boy who fell in love with with the giant Lucy [lugia] when she was a kid, he might be a lot older than her, but is actually the same age in human years.
He asexually reproduces, but does not use it unless he knows he will die. And he protects the forest and lake, in order to live.
