Yuukarnit (Yuka) Screenshot by Whale Fanatic

I cannot believe that it has been over a year since my last screenshot. :O And this took me five hours!? Anywho, this is the protagonist of my manga, "Yuka of Chaos Suppression". She's a bowhead whale from the Arctic that happens to be among a select few cetaceans that can shapeshift into humans. Her special duty, however, is to suppress global warming via embarking on a quest, in which she encounters others like her along the way.

Also, I'm determined to make her as much of a non-Mary-Sue as possible. XD I've attempted to accomplish this by:
One. Giving her opportunities to make her own decisions, seldomly using plot convenience and the fact that she's a lovable cinnamon roll as an excuse.
Two. Not everyone that tallies towards an ally likes her (not at first, one character being particularly being skeptical and wary of her motives. He eventually lowers his guard and even accepts her, though after quite some time).
Three. She is not shielded by 'plot armor'.
Four. She does not cry frequently, but is still a child ( fourteen years old), so you can't really blame her for breaking down every so often, especially when she has such a large task weighing on her shoulders.
Five. ...Does she look like a typical Mary Sue? XD

( @Azu) Thank you so much! :O I've been trying to learn the proper strokes for a while now, and it's nice to know a speaker of the language considers this phrase as grammatically sound. ^-^ But I know I'm still just a beginner, so I'll definitely make more mistakes. Though I'll learn more from those. ^o^
